What we own

The original site design and layout, the “LOOK UP LA” logo and wordmark, the homepage chapter and hero visual system, color and typography choices, all original written copy and articles, and every merch artwork and product design offered in the Look Up LA shop.

What we do not own

SpaceX, Starship, Starbase, and related names and marks are trademarks of SpaceX. News facts and quoted material belong to their original publishers, linked from each post. We are an independent community site and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SpaceX, Vermilion Parish, or the State of Louisiana.

What you may do

• Read and browse the site for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to our pages on social media, in messages, or in articles.
• Quote a short excerpt (a sentence or two) with a visible link back to the original page.

What you may not do

• Copy, reproduce, re-publish, or scrape the site design, layout, logo, copy, or artwork, in whole or in part, without written permission.
• Use any merch design, illustration, or product artwork to make your own prints, apparel, stickers, digital goods, or knockoff products, whether for sale or for free.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice on the site or on our products.
• Present our original content or designs as your own, or imply affiliation with Look Up LA or Starbase Louisiana Hub without permission.

Merch designs

Every design in the Look Up LA shop is an original work created by or for Look Up LA. Purchasing a product gives you the physical item itself. It does not transfer the design rights or grant any license to reproduce, reprint, or resell the artwork. Unauthorized reproduction of any design as prints, apparel, stickers, or digital goods is prohibited.

Permission & licensing

Press, licensing, partnership, and reproduction inquiries are welcome. Contact Look Up LA before reusing any original material from this site. Where a use is not explicitly described above as permitted, assume you need written permission first.
